Orders & Billing

There is a problem with my order.

If you have a problem with an order you have placed online, please get in touch with our team as soon as you are able. Please have your customer & order details to hand.

If you need to amend part or all of your order with JQV please get in touch with our team as soon as you are able. After 48 hours, all sales are final so please get in touch with your order details as quickly as possible.

Do you have more products?

We currently have over 100,000 products in stock. We are digitising our inventory periodically and making them available to buy online. As we are a small team, this takes time. You can however contact us with your enquiry for latest prices and stock levels on our full range of products.

You can also order over the Phone, In-Store, Email or via Whatsapp. Please have your customer details to hand.

Tip: Make sure you are signed up to our email notifications to be alerted when new product lines are added!

Why can't I see prices or buy?

You must be logged in to your account to see product prices and purchase gemstones, pearls & bead strings from JQV Gemstones. We currently have 3 types of accounts; Trade, Student & Hobbyist. To sign up for an account please fill in the appropriate form.

A product I need is out of stock.

If you need a certain size or type of stone which is unavailable online, you can call us directly to order. Any out of stock products will be replenished in time, however you can place a direct order with us.

Tip: Please have your stock-code or product details to hand when you call.

What payment methods do you accept?

When currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Google & Apple Pay, Paypal as well as Cash on Collection or Bank Transfer. Trade Credit Account customers can order on Appro, terms apply.

Minimum Order: JQV Gemstones has a minimum order value of £10.00.

I'd like to order on Appro?

If you have a Trade Credit account with JQV you can order products on Appro. To do this add your products to your cart, then select Actions > Save Shopping List. Title your Shopping List then contact us with your shopping list title. We will then create an Appro order for you to approve. The image below shows where to find this in your cart.

Shipping & Delivery

What delivery methods do you offer?

All online orders with delivery are posted via Royal Mail Tracked Special Delivery. We will send a tracing code with every order confirmation. If you would prefer an alternate provider, please contact us prior to placing your order.

You can also choose to collect your order from our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter Store.

Our Store

How fast is shipping?

For UK orders, we aim to post every order for next-day delivery (if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri). As we are a small team, we can sometimes be delayed. If you need your order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Can I collect in-store?

Yes! Any order can be collected in store at JQV Gems Birmingham, just select collection on checkout.

Our Store

Returns

Returns are available by arrangement only. Please contact us with your order details within 28 days of purchase to arrange your return. After 28 days all sales are final.

Upon return products will be quality checked, once this is complete we will process a full refund to your chosen payment method. In the case of particularly large orders, JQV may process a re-stocking fee of up to £100.00. If you are unsure about your order, please contact us as soon as you are able.

Customer Accounts

How do I set up a customer account?

We currently offer 4 types of customer accounts. Trade Credit Accounts, Trade Accounts, Student Accounts & Hobbyist Accounts. Simply select which account you'd like to create and fill in the appropriate form. Once you have submitted your form a member of our team will contact you for further information to get your online account set up.

What are your opening hours?

Our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter Store:

Monday - Thursday: 10am - 4pm
Friday: 10am - 3pm
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
