Any UK or Ireland resident can sign-up for a Hobbyist account with JQV, by signing up for a Hobbyist account you get access to:

Before filling out the Hobbyist Registration From please ensure you read the following FAQ's to ensure you qualify for an account.

If you have any questions about setting up an account, you can always contact us. You can also set up an account over the phone.

JQV Hobbyist accounts are designed for individuals. We also offer business and student accounts.

Have you shopped with JQV (formerly Julies) before?

If you have shopped with JQV Gemstones (formerly Julies Gemstones) before you may already have an account with us so there is no need to fill in this form. Please contact us with your customer details and we will activate your online account.

If you have not shopped with us before and would like to continue setting up your account, please proceed.

Ensure your qualify for a Hobbyist Account:

Hobbyist accounts are available to any resident of the UK or Ireland. However you must provide proof of address and a copy of a photo ID. Qualifying Documents:

  • Recent Bills
  • Bank Statements
  • Drivers Lisence
  • Passport

Process of approval

All Hobbyist Account requests are subject to approval. This form is an expression of interest. Once you have completed this form a member of our team will contact you to request additional information as well as the following items:

  • A valid, in-date photo ID
  • Proof of Address

How will I know when I have been approved?

JQV Gemstones will be in touch once your account request has been successful, we will then send you an invitation to activate your online account where you can begin ordering products.

Please ensure you provide your full name, the email you would like the account set up under and a direct phone line. Please provide your postal address in your message. After sending this expression of interest a member of our team will contact you for a copy of your photo ID and proof of address.
