JQV Gems provide next day delivery, when ordered before 12pm (Mon-Fri), across the UK. International orders are priced accordingly, international customers can discuss delivery terms when setting up an online account.

Returns are available by arrangement only. Please contact us with your order details within 28 days of purchase to arrange.

If you would prefer to purchase using price-per-carat you can contact us to order directly. Please ensure you have your customer number to hand.

If you have a Trade Credit account with JQV you can order products on Appro. To do this add your products to your cart, then select Actions > Save Shopping List. Title your Shopping List then contact us with your shopping list title. We will then create an Appro order for you to approve. The image below shows where to find this in your cart.
