Using Jade in Jewellery & Care Tips | Mohs Scale 6–7: Suitable for rings, pendants, earrings and beads, very tough and resistant to breaking which makes it excellent for carvings and larger pieces. Jade works beautifully in bangles or beads where its smooth polish and depth of colour can be appreciated. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners as Jade can be treated or dyed.

👀 Did you know? Jade is tougher than steel in terms of break resistance, which is why ancient jade tools could withstand heavy use despite being made of stone.
