Rutilated Quartz is all about the character inside the stone, those golden or black needles make every piece unique, and we think it looks best when set so the light can really show them off. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush only, avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners as those internal needles can act like stress points.
